We build investments into energy projects

At Knox Energy Solutions, we aim to build an industry consolidator and activist shareholder with a focus on energy projects and companies.

An attractive market opportunity
Our market is driven by a large number of small undervalued public oil companies, especially in the UK, that are often characterized by inefficient operations, difficulties raising financing, not being able to leverage economies of scale, and being valued below the value of their assets. This presents an opportunity to acquire these companies’ production at attractive levels.

Team combining industry and capital market experience
Our team combines strong experience and track record in the capital market, combined with high-level subsurface and oilfield services technical and operational competence. Our main focus areas include: smaller undervalued companies, special situations, and royalty positions.
